Juicing for Infertility

We can't not ignore the countless customers, turned friends who have been struggling with the issue of infertility. If mother nature gave us certain foods to help our bodies in this complex yet heart tugging area,  we wanted to learn about it. We couldn't help but want to share our findings with you. 

Essential Nutrients:

Selenium 200-400 mcg daily. Deficiency leads to reduced sperm count and has been linked to sterility in men and infertility in women.

Vitamin C  and bioflavonoids; Important for sperm production.

Vitamin E Needed for balanced hormone production. Has been also called the " sex hormone" as it carries oxygen to the reproductive organs and increases sperm count.

Zinc Important for reproductive organ function for both men and women. 

Manganese maintains sex hormone function


RAW PEPITAS : Pumpkin seeds, High in Vitamin E, C, Zinc and Manganese ( all mentioned above) High in protein, Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, and fiber. 

Juice Recipe for Infertility

Bee Pollen: known to increase estrogen production, which can result in healthier eggs during ovulation. who knew?  It also increases sperm count in men, and provides the body with a healthy does of vitamin B, which provides energy, and lets face it, healthy wrestling in the sac takes energy. phew. 



3-5 Kale Leaves ( Healthy dose of VITAMIN E)

1 Cucumber 

1 cup of blueberries

1/2 apple 

1/2 lemon

1 carrot

1-5 large romaine leaves

knuckle of ginger 




AN ACAI Bowl. Now before we did our research, we had no idea that acai bowls, ( if they are made pure and organic of course) are incredibly great for all that your body needs for healthy reproductive organ function.


The little orange-yellow dots is bee pollen. Blueberries are also HIGH in vitamin C. 


The dark seeds are peptitas. Such a power house of healthy baby making goodness. Pictured above is the nutty professor.
