What a great question:
We get this question so often....... There is no rules in juicing( kind of). Just as there is no rules in eating a salad. The more you get in, the better. The better you will feel, and the likelihood you will continue.
Don't make it so complicated, just GET. IT. IN. The only rule we like to remind you is if you are juicing often, make sure it is primarily vegetable ( non-starchy) based. That's it. The rest, is up to you, and the possibilities are endless. We can promise, you won't be sorry you started juicing.
